Meeting room rules:
Multipurpose areas are available during the library’s normal hours of operation. Groups can only enter at the library’s opening and must leave the library by closing.
Rooms can be reserved by community members on a first come first served basis, with library events having priority.
The group must supply the name and phone of a contact person.
Groups are responsible for set and clean up of the room.
All users must abide by library policies.
Rooms cannot be used for commercial purposes.
Current rooms:
Community Room (Basement) can accommodate up to 50 people.
Big Butte Room (Third floor) can accommodate up to 40 people.
Frank Little (Third floor) can accommodate up to 30 people.
